Thank you for visiting our website. B-sidestore.com collaborated with Sumateran-ivory.com are specialized in providing Genuine Sumateran Elephant  ivory (Sumatra Island, Indonesia) for any purposes. You can find some of our stocks at this website at collections page. Some of the photos were taken by standard digital camera as is. So please understand if they are in low quality.

Instructions

1. The only way to contact us is by email. If you prefer a phone call or direct chatting, one of  us will provide you the further instruction by email.

2. We only provide Sumateran Elephant ivory tusks. So do not ask about Indian or even African ivory tusk to us. We don't have them.

3. If you find some ivory tusks you like at collections page, please ask us by email and include the photo number for more information.       

4. We ship worldwide by our own expedition company. Because there are some restricted countries who prohibit the raw elephant ivory trading, the shipping - handling process  and destination address must be fixed first. Please inform us if you have special inquiry about shipping process.

5. If you prefer the ivory is processed first (cut, polished, split, formed, etc.) please inform us in your email. The additional cost will be added and informed to you first for approval from your side.

Payment and Guarantee

The only way for buyer to do payment to us is by bank wire transfer. if you prefer Western Union or Bank check, please suggest it in your email to us. No credit card, paypal, escrow or whatsoever.

We only guarantee the goods and its genuineness from here to destination. After the goods has been received by buyer completely, we are not responsible for any problems may cause at your side (customs, laws, etc.)
